Happiness is an inside job. The events of life affect us in the short-term, but not to the extent we imagine over time. That next promotion, move, relationship, accomplishment, etc. might improve our wellbeing in the short-term. However, research shows we soon return to our mood baseline. When we lose a loved one, grief can and often will take us down. Life is forever changed, yet in time we will return to that mood baseline.
The good news? We can raise that baseline. By building our mental muscles, we can make powerful changes in our ability to enjoy daily life. Why Group Life Coaching?
Most training and coaching experiences offer insight but don’t lead to lasting change. My group coaching combines the daily use of a research-proven app and positive psychology-based group coaching. The program combines three elements to create sustainable change:

- increased positive neural pathways via positive psychology and mental fitness coaching
- group support and accountability*

How Life Coaching in a Group Works
We will meet weekly, via Zoom, with a group of 3-5 others (and me, your life coach facilitator). You will do daily work on your own time, when convenient. The weekly group coaching is an important learning space to develop, practice, and apply the tools. Group members also communicate inside the app, sharing learning and accountability. Shared accountability is proven to increase by 500% the likelihood of sticking with daily practices for long enough to form lasting new positive habits.
